We will also take an intelligent approach to training that gives little value to fads, flashy gimmicks, and magic bullets. There is so much misinformation out there now, usually with the goal of selling you on some product, that it can be very hard to determine what to believe and how to train. Together, we will slice through the trendy diets and hyped-up routines to find what really works the best for you.
