Our first meeting is on me! We will take stock of where we are starting from, assess your goals, and make sure we are both on the same page. This is the first step towards a better you, and it's on the house!
In-the-Gym Training
We will work together in the gym to get you on the right track. This will help ensure that proper form is used, appropriate timing is utilized, and adequate effort is put in.
Health & Wellbeing Meetings
We will check in regularly to ensure that you are doing the best for yourself in all aspects of life. Being healthy and fit isn't just going to the gym or running regularly. It's a way of life!
Open Communication
If you ever have questions or just want to check in with me, I will be available to advise promptly. We're in this together, after all!
